I'm having a bit of a problem sometimes clearing the private data… The screen will freeze up, especially when trying to clear the cache. I'm going to be honest and say I know nothing about this phone. I'd like to know if anyone could help me out, give me some advice on how to make the phone clear the cache without freezing.
